MAGIC III DHX

TEMCO Engineering is proud to introduce the Magic III DHX . Engineered to operate in a pulp mill. Plus all the features of a Magic III.

  • Double Heat Exchanger - air or water cooled chamber.
  • Cooling water cannot blow out seals and damage the meter.
  • Optional compressed air cooling to conserve water.
  • Designed for an operating environment of 190° black liquor.
  • Consistency measurement “OUTSIDE” the pipe.
  • Nothing to break inside the pipe.
  • Ideal for high “Kappa”, Blow Line applications.

Double Heat Exchanger Cooling – the heat transfer liquid in the first heat exchanger cools and lubricates the process seal. The air or water in the second heat exchanger cools the heat transfer liquid. The air or water is completely isolated, so it Can Not damage any components of the consistency meter.
